You can take backups of your data from you Gmail account , If you like to take backup then follow the step below and stay safe.
- First of all go to Google Takeout website.
- After that you must login from the Gmail account from where you want to download the backup files.
- You must choose the service to download as your need , in the services your can choose Gmail ,Maps ,Calendar ,Activities etc.
- Then click on the next step from below.
- In the next step you need to customize the archive format that delivery method file type such as .zip etc. and click other Create export.
- After creating the export it Google will takes time to create the zip file.
- If you choose the delivery method to receive in the Email then your will get the New Email for your data backup file to downloaded.
- You can download the files to your local storage or cloud storage.
